Molucular Gastronomy is known for being one of the most exquisite forms of cooking. It's artistic nature continues to challenge the norms. Moléculaire aims to highlight the works of some of the most skilled molecular gastronomist's alive today. Each chapter highlights three female gastronomist's and showcases some of their most famous dishes.
